We believe that God has given us a prescription or formula for the change needed in our community and that this formula is expressed in a popular verse of scripture found in the Old Testament of the Bible, II Chronicles 7:14 "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land."

 

We believe that as Black men, if we walk in relationship and obedience with almighty God, our community will reap God's benefits and His blessings. That African American men will again assume their roles as leaders in our churches, homes, marriages, families, and communities. Our communities will realize long awaited and much needed change that will allow them to thrive again; our children will again reach for the stars and beyond; our family relationships will be strengthened and our neighborhoods will again be safe.
